For clients who wish to cut the
administration and payrolling costs associated with
employing personnel. TIS offers complete payrolling
services. Under this system the client would transfer
the employees in question onto the TIS payroll system.
TIS would then assume complete responsibility over
administration and management of the payrolling services.
Two fee structures are available:
1. A weekly fee for the services provided in addition
to the employees hourly rate.
2. An agreed upon comprehensive hourly rate which
includes the employees pay, fringe costs, as well
as a premium to cover administration and other costs
incurred
by TIS.
