This service offers an interesting variation to employee leasing and permanent placement. Should the client wish to lease individuals in order to determine their suitability for permanent placement, TIS will provide the appropriate personnel under the same conditions as outlined in employee leasing. After a period agreed by both parties the client may convert the selected individual(s) to full time employee status and incorporate them onto their own payroll, this with a reduced pro-rated placement fee.
